Wendi T. Nadel

Wendi T. Nadel practices in the area of complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, telecommunications law, and intellectual property.
Education
Ms. Nadel received her Juris Doctorate from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley in 1991. While there, she received the American Jurisprudence Award and held an externship with Judge Roderic Duncan. Her Honor’s Thesis was entitled, “Creating Fetal Tissue for Transplantation Purposes: An Analysis of Competing Rights and Interests.”
In June 1984, Ms. Nadel received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles. She graduated magna cum laude and was selected to be a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society.
Bar and Professional Activities
Ms. Nadel was admitted to the California Bar in December 1991. She has been a licensed member of the Colorado Bar since May 2005, and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado in 2007. Ms. Nadel trained as a mediator and has mediated numerous cases on both a professional and volunteer basis. She was granted Professional Mediator status in 2006 by the Colorado Council of Mediators. Ms. Nadel is a member of the Boulder and Colorado Bar Associations.
Ms. Nadel spent four years as a writer and editor for Emanuel Law Outlines. While there, she authored a study guide on Tax Law and edited the company’s titles on Contracts, Professional Responsibility, Criminal Procedure, and Torts.
